HOW POWDER COATING WORKS
Powder coating works by applying dry coloured powder to a metal surface before baking the colour onto the surface using heat to form a hard finish. The powder is applied electrostatically with a power gun, which gives the powder a positive charge and attracts it to the ground metal surface.

Application - where the powder is sprayed onto the product
